Q. I've bought some PicPoints. How long will they remain valid?
A. PicPoints do not expire. If you don't spend them, they'll remain in your account for as long as your account remains active. Of course, we'd prefer you to spend your points and buy more!
Q. I think I'm a pretty good photographer. How can I submit my images to Britstock Photo?
A. Becoming a Britstock photographer is by invitation only. To be considered as a contributor, send us a link to somewhere online where we can look at your images. If we like what we see, we'll contact you with an invitation.
Q. I bought an image and clicked to download it. Where did it go?
A. It really depends on how you've set up your browser to handle downloads. The first place to look would be on your PC's desktop. If you can't find it there, check your browser settings to see if you've set up a folder for downloads to go to.
Q. Can I download the image I've bought again?
A. Simple answer, no. If your initial download failed for some reason, there is a grace period of 48 hours to allow you to try again.
